Fees vary depending on the type and size of the project, but they are usually calculated as a percentage of the Construction Execution Budget (PEM). This includes the basic and detailed project, as well as construction management.

A property deed or simple title, available plans, and the client’s requirements are sufficient; we handle the rest of the studies.
