ABOUT THE PROJECT
Description
The project focuses on the interior transformation of the Prestige Properties headquarters into a contemporary and luminous workspace. The design replaces a traditional office environment with an open-plan, double-height volume that prioritizes spatial fluidity and Mediterranean warmth. By emphasizing structural honesty and a neutral palette, the office serves as a sophisticated physical manifestation of the brand’s identity
Challenges
The primary challenge was to maximize the utility of a narrow, deep floor plan with limited natural light sources. It was essential to create a functional workspace for a large team while maintaining a sense of openness and high-end hospitality. The design needed to resolve the vertical circulation efficiently and integrate significant storage requirements without compromising the visual lightness of the studio.

Solutions
The architectural response utilizes a double-height void and a white-washed structural mezzanine to expand the sense of volume. We introduced a centralized timber “spine” consisting of bespoke oak workstations and rhythmic terracotta-tiled frontages that define the circulation flow. To solve the light issue, we maintained a strictly white envelope, allowing natural light to reflect deep into the floor plan. Private meeting zones were created using glazed partitions and oak-clad volumes to ensure acoustic privacy while maintaining visual connectivity
